No one called me to let me know they were doing 500 dollars worth of work to my car. For an air conditioner. They called and told me it was done and told me it was 500 and some dollars. They did reduce it because of the mistake but that was unacceptable. I don’t know that I would have had the work done right then. I was not happy. This is now the 2nd time there has been issues with the service dept in the last 10 months.

I was to 4 dealerships, before I went to R.D. Banks. It was a waste of time going to those other 4 dealerships ! As soon as I walked in the door, the place was buzzing with customers. I was very impressed. After looking around a bit, I was approached by Tom Huff. He listened intently to what I was and was not looking for. After looking at several Colorado's, we went back to his desk to talk about the details, in putting a deal together. During our conversation, I told him I would like a price on the new Colorado that was sitting on the showroom floor. Once again, Tom listened and proceeded to put two deals to paper. As it turned out, I bought the one that was on the showroom floor. Tom Huff made that happen ! After being in the sales field myself, I can confidently say, Tom Huff is a top of the line professional. I would HIGHLY recommend R.D. Banks for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Excellent was my answer to question 1. From the moment that I stepped inside R.D. Banks Chevrolet I felt welcomed.My sister, Carole, and I brought her car in to be checked out because it had been unusually running rough and the engine light had come on. Carole had just recently had knee replacement surgery and we needed the car to take her to her doctor's appointments and to physical therapy three times a week. Bill spoke with us and immediately put us on their already busy schedule and they got to work replacing electrical wires that apparently mice had chewed on in the garage! What a shock. We were escorted to the waiting room. Bill came back several times to tell us what was happening with the car. In the meantime I noticed a beautiful red Chevy Traks on the showroom floor. After reading about the car I went in search of a sales person to answer more questions. I found Frank Rayl, Mr. Wealth of Knowledge. He was so great to answer my questions-very respectful and very kind-felt like I was talking to a friend. I decided to buy the car and Frank led me through the financial information and did not rush me through the procedure. Another business associate lent me his car to retrieve a cashiers check at the bank. I feel great about this dealership! Thank you oh so much!

It was my first oil change on my 2025 Chevy Colorado. The gents at the service department counter were very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed, as it relates to how quickly the service department got me in, changed the oil, lube, rotated the tires and replaced a molding button that had popped out. KUDOS to everyone in the service department. You folks are the cream of the crop !
