There was an unexpected sensor problem. RD Banks took care of the issue of my wheel speed sensor harness and sensor wiring by working me into their schedule extremely quickly. I drove away as one happy lady. They worked effectively and efficiently I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.

Excellent was my answer to question 1. From the moment that I stepped inside R.D. Banks Chevrolet I felt welcomed.My sister, Carole, and I brought her car in to be checked out because it had been unusually running rough and the engine light had come on. Carole had just recently had knee replacement surgery and we needed the car to take her to her doctor's appointments and to physical therapy three times a week. Bill spoke with us and immediately put us on their already busy schedule and they got to work replacing electrical wires that apparently mice had chewed on in the garage! What a shock. We were escorted to the waiting room. Bill came back several times to tell us what was happening with the car. In the meantime I noticed a beautiful red Chevy Traks on the showroom floor. After reading about the car I went in search of a sales person to answer more questions. I found Frank Rayl, Mr. Wealth of Knowledge. He was so great to answer my questions-very respectful and very kind-felt like I was talking to a friend. I decided to buy the car and Frank led me through the financial information and did not rush me through the procedure. Another business associate lent me his car to retrieve a cashiers check at the bank. I feel great about this dealership! Thank you oh so much!

I was very impressed, as it relates to how quickly the service department got me in, changed the oil, lube, rotated the tires and replaced a molding button that had popped out. My car was serviced in less than a half hour. Oil change was performed and I was told I need new front brakes, which did not surprise me. So brakes are being ordered and I will return this week to get them put on. The service manager, Ron Whipkey, was friendly and knowledgeable. Icing on the cake-- they even washed my vehicle.

Our sales man took the time to show us many different vehicles. We really weren’t sure what we were looking for. We initially thought we wanted a low mileage used vehicle but we drove new cars also.
